PUR Flat Lamination Production Line
1. In feed Feeding Section: Responsible for the initial input of raw materials, providing stable and accurate panel positioning for the entire production line.
2.Brush belt dust removal : The brush belt is mainly used to clean dust and wood chips on the surface of plates, and press the plates to prevent deviation, so as to remove dust and stabilize materials.
3.Three-roll glue spreader：Core component for bonding, ensures the adhesive is evenly distributed to guarantee the firmness of the lamination between the panel and the decorative layer.
4.Laminating press：The brush belt is mainly used to clean dust and wood chips on the surface of plates, and press the plates to prevent deviation, so as to remove dust and stabilize materials.
5.Follow up cutting:Tracking cutting synchronizes with the moving speed of materials to cut them to length accurately without stopping the production line.
Automatic Loading and Unloading: Automatic loading and unloading automatically completes the feeding and discharging of panels in the production line, replacing manual handling, improving production efficiency and ensuring continuous operation of the assembly line.
