2.Brush belt dust removal : The brush belt is mainly used to clean dust and wood chips on the surface of plates, and press the plates to prevent deviation, so as to remove dust and stabilize materials.
3. Oven tunnel:The oven tunnel heats and dries the panels after glue application, curing the PUR adhesive quickly to firmly bond the decorative materials to the panels, improving bonding strength and production efficiency.
4. Three-roll glue spreader：Core component for bonding, ensures the adhesive is evenly distributed to guarantee the firmness of the lamination between the panel and the decorative layer.
