PUR lamination and wrapping machine
This is the core PUR lamination and wrapping unit of the panel flat-lamination production line. It applies decorative film or veneer to both the flat panel surface (lamination) and the edges (wrapping) using PUR adhesive. It is positioned after the glue applicator and before the edge trimming or material take-up station. The term “lamination” in the name confirms it handles flat surfaces, not just edge wrapping.
Unwinding & Laminating Press Wheels:
The unwinding unit stably feeds the film, while the laminating press wheels firmly bond the film to the panel.
